Was the stock market to plunge America due to being nervous or just a buying opportunity?
One reason why I asked was because I am still a novice in investment and I wanted to hear opinions. Green I can be when it comes to investing the stock market, and I understand that people have lost much money, but the decline really a reason to be nervous? I understand this is a sign that could be a change in the credit market, but this is the reason to be nervous about investing in a stock exchange or begin to negotiate their actions? I mean it's not like America is an unstable country. There is no reason to begin withdrawing all their money in the stock market, right? We show that a market should stabilize in a while, right? Is it just an opportunity to buy shares cheap? Ring in the fall of the stock market?
Certainly there is reason to believe that stocks could fall further. America is not as stable as you can imagine. It is fed by debt. Now that the debt became unstable say, the fuel could be facing a break. This could be the beginning. On the positive side of most societies are relatively healthy and stock valuations are not out of proportion with reality. But none of this really much if people stop spending, of which there are indications that they are.
