Practice Stock Trading Account

Which is better / safer for the trade for a British investor CFD-based or derived from stock options and …?
I want hear from you what he thinks is best for an investor based in the United Kingdom of CFDs (contracts for difference) or is derived from options, puts and calls trading shares and who do you think is better or safer trade and has the best chance of success when they trade stocks? So I'm choosing one of options or CFD, because I have a CFD trading account CityIndex practice and I did very well before with CFD, and I'm about to put a demo trading account with options of OptionsXpress, since it seems the simplest option broker you can find. Does options trading better than the SPA, or even somewhat similar in all the CFD, if you have the right to education, etc. bargaining mentality? Please give a good and easy to understand the answer. Thank you.
Options and futures are mainly traded by the Americans, while the CFD are widely elsewhere (Europe, Australia, etc …) – why are futures and options so popular in the U.S. instruments because they are adapted and are therefore useful to optimize profitability. CFDs do not exist in the United States …. I would say that CFDs are much simpler to understand that trade is an alternative, but really can not compare. And you are right the benefits of CFD trading can be equally important, but also disadvantages if you feel cheap.
