How do I create a Top 20 Stocks Report in MS Access 2007?
In my database, I already know how to do a form with subform with subtotals of stocks, report and a subreport, but I am dumbfounded when I need to print a list of Top20 Stockholders. I want to print a simple list of it: the stockholder and the total of their stocks arranged according to the most stocks. Pls help!
Go to the properties of the query and where it says ‘Top Values’ enter 20.
Then sort your query descending.
