Are there stocks that increase in value even if the index that they belong to is falling?
Is it wise to trade them?
If yes,What is the way to find them?
Yes, no ..
IF it was possible to ‘find’ stocks that will rise in value, plainly you would Mortgage your house and put the proceeds on a ’spread betting’ site 
That does not stop morons being conned into thinking that some ’system’ DOES exist .. indeed a whole industry has been built up around the gullibility of ‘investors’ looking for the ’sure fire thing’ (see, for example, ‘penny shares’) ..
Believe me, it’s impossible .. the ONLY ones who always get it right are the crooks (Madoff anyone ?)
