What happened to package from fedex?
I ordered some clothing from A&F in october. Last week on the tracking information, it said that it had been delivered to my house, which it wasn’t. A&F is resending me the items that are still in stock along with giving me credit back for the ones that aren’t, like my sweater :/. What happened to my package? Can I contact a person at fedex and not a machine, if so how?
Parcels get lost in the shuffle sometimes – humans aren’t perfect. As long as you have already managed to get a credit for the undelivered items, what’s the big deal ?
