What will the stock market look like in January or February 2010?
My college education fund is in stocks and right now I’m sitting at about $5,400 and that’s pretty low for me considering a year ago it was at $9,000. I don’t plan on waiting until it goes back up to $9,000, the difference to me is just a sunk cost. It’s not like I need the college fund because my father pays for my college out of his checking account but I would like to know if it is a good time to withdraw now or wait until early 2010. The stock market is going up and looking good and the holiday season is coming so I assume spending will go up and stock prices will increase. What would you do? Withdraw now or wait until 2010?
Anyone else with their predictions?
It will be fluctuating…a lot like it is now.
