Should I buy Bank of America Stock?
Yahoo says its book value is about 27.7 and the shares are currently trading at 3.80. I am no expert in this matter but it seems like a company trading at about 1/8th what it is worth is a pretty good bet. Where is the other 7/8 of the value at? It seems unlikely that they could lose this much to loan defaults. Is this a rational reason to buy the stock?
I wouldnt buy any stocks right now.
