Investments And Savings

Is my money better with National Savings And Investments or the RBS?
I don’t have much money but save what I can. I have total life savings of £15,000 but it’s earning such a paltry rate of interest and I’m getting so poor a service from the Royal Bank of Scotland that I’m considering moving my money to National Savings And Investments. Is this something I should go for? would I get a card or passbook?
Hi, I would go with the NSI option. Just personal really, but I have been with RBS for about 15 years now and I am really disillusioned. They tried to get me to open an “Ultimate Award Account” £12.50 per month to manage: for a reward of £5! I am also £900 into my overdraft and they offer the first £300 free! Do the maths PLEEEEEESE! Who do they they think I am? I also asked for a credit card, I was turned down because I was unemployed! Yes!! I am disabled by the way!
