housing stock should I buy?
I am a stock investor. Since the housing market is in crisis right now, let me take this opportunity buy shares in this market, because I think the market will find eventually (I'm ready to buy and hold for 3-5 years). But I have little knowledge of the best players in this market. Can anyone suggest what actions above should I buy? I try to play safety, so I want to buy the best player in this market (as in Intel chips for PCs, or Google in Internet search industry), so that the housing market rebounds, a player wins insurance.
Look in any of an ETF or mutual fund … Let mixture Asset Manager … REITs, some companies … If you are an investor buying and wait, the more likely you are to see the rebound looking for … but assigned risk by putting in some commercial, others in hotels, shopping centers, maybe, etc. .. and when things get better back in the house, builders, and funding. I FRESX (Fidelity Real Estate Fund), but all have one thing business investment like you. When you see the signs a return … search funds of your background .. Who is ahead? It is the only population that seeks …. However, I can cite a stock … Public Storage (SPA) .. can not be considered a park housing, but I see that in almost all RE. Just a thought.
