Hold Stocks
is timber stocks like RYN and PCL a buy and hold forever stock?
I own PCL and have for a long time. For me, I find it to be a buy and hold forever stock.
PCL is looking to maximize value of its land holdings and has a plan to do that for the long term. Although there are ups and downs I do not see the need for lumber going away.
