How to study an action?
If you plan to buy a stock, what are the parameters that it is good stock. Which of these parameters, I have to look at PE Re / P / E Mkt Cap 52 weeks / EPS beta low elasticity of dividends in the list above, what I need to see a good stock.
The P / E ratio is used to determine how much to pay for a stock for every dollar earned. All things equal, you want to buy a low P / E values. Capitalization market indicates the amount of space you are investing in. How many millions or billions of dollars the company is in total. 52 weeks Hi / Lo. If you is a value investor, you can buy a minimum of 52 weeks. If you are an aggressive investor, you can buy a maximum of 52 weeks. Beta shows the difference market. The higher the beta of the population moves especially when the market moves. Earnings per share indicates the profitability of the company. Being equal, make a great PSE. Relative Strength shows how the population has been in relation to the market itself. Dividend yield is the annual dividend divided by share price. Start with P / E and from there.
