Green Card makes me life or death? ?
Well, I'm just a girl of fourteen. but I have a problem. My father worked for the American Stock Exchange, but in October 2009, will lose his job as everyone else in your building, as it is closing. but the problem is you can not change jobs because not have a green card. if you do not receive the card, we'll return to our country that simply can not happen. He has already had a job interview and left. but not can move because there is no green card. he moved his business here in our country if we never had to worry about the green card. there is nothing I can do? Please tell me some thing to do! Do not tell me to contact a lawyer or something, but nothing else that can keep us here. friend of my mother said to come with someone who is a citizen of his company and something to incite the petition or something to give us the map. Is it possible? any other options?
Your too young to cope on their own now, but there is hope. Something called DREAM Act may pass in early 2009 and help, but has not yet been adopted. I do not know what else could help.
