Good Investments
In my metro area there a lot of condos going up. Are these good Investments?
Not much is selling and some are being converted to rentals. I just don’t see who the heck is buying all this surplus housing in the next few years. I live in the Washington DC area.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! stay away, too much supply. DC won’t recover for 10 yrs or more. that is a fact.
