It seems that the budget is not very positive for the stock market …?
I could not find a sector or stock for this budget …. Please let me know if there is one sector or group of stocks that will win in the short term … I have many Loss 
It might be prudent to talk about what the budget that you refer. But it is an old assumption that the government does nothing to help the stock market is the long-term benefit is the market or the economy. Then we could be happy not to see anything that is deliberately designed to support the market.
