Trade stocks based solely on technical analysis?
Is it dangerous? If it is a necessary fundamental? For all analysts technical success: What are your indicators of choice? What are your favorite moving averages use? What is the best tool to analyze stocks? The best broker to trade? Can past performance really predict the future?
There are individual people who make Technical analysis – I believe is the study of prices and price movements are people who make purely fundamental analysis. Some people do both. No better way to negotiate shares and there is no way to predict the future. Known one knows what will happen – just form an opinion, then a strategy Trading for it. I am not analsyts purely technical .. Although I consider myself a success. I started by Title technical route, but after sometime I found support and resistance levels were quite obvious and it is this. Here are guidelines I use. – Bollinger Bands – 5 days and 21 day moving averages – Most trading tools with the previous result – Nothing special then. StockCharts.com I use a couple sources, and without an overview of markets here -> Http: / / www.stockcharts.com/charts/indices/ finance.google.com finance.yahoo.com & I can use to navigate through the index and ETF www.finviz.com could use for maps and analysis of the news.
